Terms and Conditions of Using sinicuci

1Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the sinicuci website at sinicuci.one together with all sub-pages, applications and services hosted under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the Platform's services.
• "sinicuci", "we" or "us" refers to the company entity that operates and owns this Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency deposited into a user's account for the purpose of betting.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, additional funds or other promotional benefits given by sinicuci to users subject to the conditions set.

Singular pronouns also include the plural and vice versa, unless the context of the sentence indicates otherwise.

2User Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, users who wish to register an account at sinicuci must meet all of the following criteria:

• A citizen or resident located in a place where access to online betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Register only with personal information that is true, complete and current — full name, identity card number (MyKad) or passport, an active email address and a valid mobile phone number.
• Has never been banned from using any online gambling platform by sinicuci or any related authority previously.
• Is not currently experiencing uncontrolled gambling problems or has never actively applied for self-exclusion.

sinicuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of platform use to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements.

3Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at sinicuci. Creating multiple accounts for a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed without refund of any remaining balance.

User responsibilities regarding the account include the following:

• Keeping passwords and login details confidential — sinicuci will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access if the user is found to have failed to keep their login information secure.
• Notifying sinicuci immediately via Live Chat or email if you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party without authorisation.
• Updating personal details when changes occur — in particular your mobile phone number and email address — to ensure communication channels remain active.
• Not transferring ownership of, selling or lending the account to any other individual under any circumstances.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

sinicuci accepts deposits and handles withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the verification requirements set. sinicuci reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal deemed to require review.

Users acknowledge that processing times may take longer under certain circumstances such as third-party technical disruptions, security review requests, or a high volume of applications at any given time.

5Bonuses and Promotions

sinicuci offers bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and rules stated alongside each offer. The general conditions relating to bonuses are as follows:

• The Welcome Bonus for new members is 150% of the first deposit up to RM1,000. For example: a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150 — the account balance becomes RM250 and the wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received. The bonus must be wagered 25 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• sinicuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any related winnings if misuse, fraud or an attempt to manipulate the bonus system is proven.

6Game and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on the sinicuci platform are subject to the specific rules of each game as set by the relevant game provider. In the event of a dispute between the result displayed to the user and the server record, the result based on the server record will apply.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in technically proven circumstances that caused an unfair outcome.
• sinicuci reserves the right to cancel any bet or game that is proven to have been affected by technical disruption, software error or attempted fraud.
• Users are not permitted to use any automation software, bots or unauthorised methods in any game.
• Should a connection disruption occur during a game, sinicuci will use the server record to determine the outcome of the affected game.

7User Code of Conduct

sinicuci users are expected to maintain a good standard of conduct while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language in Live Chat sessions or any communication channel with the support team.
• Taking part in collusion — that is, secretly cooperating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in a game.
• Conducting suspicious financial transactions or transactions related to money laundering through a sinicuci account.
• Spreading false information about the platform, its staff or other users on any public channel or social media.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform without authorisation or exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities discovered.

A breach of any of the conduct rules above may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the breach.

8Account Security and Personal Information

sinicuci uses SSL encryption and current security technology to protect user data. However, users also play an important role in keeping their own accounts secure:

• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols — and avoid using the same password on other platforms.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members, friends, or representatives claiming to act on behalf of sinicuci.
• The sinicuci team will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other channel.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available for an added layer of security.

9Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

sinicuci provides this platform "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or betting decisions made by the user.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login details.
• Device damage or data loss that occurs during or after use of the platform.

sinicuci's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Responsible Gambling

sinicuci supports responsible gambling initiatives and provides self-help tools for users who need them. Available measures include self-imposed deposit limits, play time limits, temporary cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options for longer durations.

11Account Termination and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the sinicuci customer support team via Live Chat or email. Any real money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once a security review is completed, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

sinicuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated breaches of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.
• Failure by the user to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from a relevant regulatory body or law enforcement authority.

In cases of termination due to a breach, sinicuci reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and winnings related to that breach.

12Amendments to Terms and Conditions

sinicuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify users through one or more of the following channels: an in-platform notice upon login, an email to the registered address, or a notice displayed on the homepage.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered full acceptance of the latest version of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes made, you may close your account before the amendment's effective date.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay and English versions of this document, the English version shall prevail for legal interpretation purposes.
